Why should I order my Wedding dress or formal dress on-line?
Ordering online is a popular and convenient alternative to traditional shopping. Ordering on-line saves you time, money, and gas. And, even better, you avoid the stress of traveling all over town and out of town looking for the dress of your dreams.

Sit in the convenience of your own home or office and choose between hundreds of gowns and dresses in a fraction of the time it takes to visit the myriad of stores out there. See what the dresses look like on actual models. Recognize that you are viewing name brand quality dresses which will be closely replicated without the name brand price.  

How long does it take to receive my dress?
It takes approximately 8-10 weeks for your dress to be completed. Because each dress is custom made, we only carry a limited stock of wedding dresses and formal wear. Upon placing your order, your dress will be made specifically for you. After providing us with your measurements, color choice and material preferences for the style of dress you choose, you will have a dress made with you, and only you, in mind! Expedited/rush orders are also available, and can be placed for an extra fee. Please contact one of our experienced sales representatives for information regarding ordering, shipping, and receiving of expedited/rush orders.  

Are there more dresses available than what I see on your site?
Twice a year we add dozens of new styles to our line of dresses. We offer a wide variety of styles to compliment many formal occasions and, of course, if you are a bride, your Dress of a Lifetime.  

Do you make custom dresses?
Yes! We can make custom designed dresses in all styles and designs, or you can order them in standard American sizes. We offer it all and still are able to maintain our incredibly low prices in order to accommodate a wide range of clientele. We carry size two to plus sizes, petite, regular and tall. If you are outside the United States, we can convert your dress size to the American equivalent. If your size falls in 'the-in-between' size category, we suggest you order the larger size, so you can have your dress altered by a local alteration specialist for that perfect fit.  

Do you have a store?
No. To keep our prices affordable, we maintain a low overhead by remaining an internet only company so that we can pass the savings on to you.

Do you accept returns/provide refunds?
Following the industry standards for formal, special occasion and bridal wear, each gown is made for each client upon order. Do to the nature of formal wear, we do not allow returns and maintain an "All Sales Final" policy. We make only one exception to this rule, for manufactured defects only. In this rare occasion, the client is responsible for shipping the dress back within 3 days of receipt. Prompt return is of utmost importance so we can re-order your new dress as soon as possible. We do not give refunds.

Do you do alterations?
Because our gowns are made to fit the sizes that you provide, we do not offer alterations. Occasionally, when weight changes, slight alterations will be required. We leave that up to the client so that you are present with a specialist in your area to make sure that your dress is a perfect fit.
